What data and why
We process the data you provide in forms (name, organisation, e-mail, phone, message, device details) only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote or handle a service request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and — if we work together — to perform a contract and meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and then for the limitation period of possible claims. Contract-related data is kept as required by law.
Recipients
Data may be shared with IT service providers acting on our behalf: website hosting and form handling (Cloudflare, Inc.) and our e-mail provider. Cloudflare may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses / the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO).
Cookies
This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies. We only store a “lang” cookie with your language choice (12 months) when you switch the language yourself. Cloudflare Turnstile form protection may process technical browser data to tell humans from bots. Visit statistics (if enabled) are collected without cookies and without identifying users.
